Made for the Brackey’s Game Jam 2025.1 with James McVitty and Felix Bridie.
A brief adventure through the stresses of everyday life where you must fight your inner demons with self care.

Manual
Dialogue
Dialogue can be selected via mouse, by the associated number keys or by the arrow keys, selected and continued with Enter, and skipped via Escape.
Encounters
At certain moments in your adventure you may encounter the conceptual demon embodiments of your inner turmoil. Each will try to wear you down but you can fight back by caring for yourself!
By takings steps to improve your psyche such as slow breathing, meditation, or grounding yourself you can wear down your opponent’s strength and defeat them!
Stats
Actions
You will gain an assortment of actions with which to fight your inner demons.
Each may have a combination of any of the following effects:
DMG:How much they will weaken the opponent's strength.
PSN: How much they will weaken the opponent's strength over time.
HP: How much they will increase your own health.
NRG: How much they will affect your energy reserves.
COOL: How long you must wait between uses. Cooldowns persist between encounters.
